Help the jellyfish escape the deep sea caves!

Kurage is an experimental game prototype where you control each of the jellyfish's tentacles individually in order to move. In the same vein as QWOP, you must have synchrony and timing to move gracefully and effectively.

Avoid the traps and look for your way out through a tight cave system.

The purpose of this prototype is to experiment with non-traditional controls, and trying to find a flow-like state of movement, similar to the care-free movement of jellyfish in the sea. Movement is more indirectly decided by the player and driven by the physics of the game world.

My keyboard can't handle more than 6 keys pressed at once

That's a good observation, which I've had in mind while designing the prototype.

I've considered alternative input methods; if I were to continue this prototype, I'd firstly test a mobile implementation, where the input system involves swiping both thumbs up and down in place of pressing the keys while generating a similar motion.

Another alternative is adding an accessibility / easy mode where less keys are required, with each key controlling more than one tentacle.

Anyways, thanks a lot for the feedback!

Sounds good! Looking forward to it!
